As Engineering Project Manager, be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale capital expenditure projects within Minburi BPC Factory of B&W Greater Asia.
Main Responsibilities
- On Time In Full (OTIF) end to end delivery of large-scale capital project from design to completion, including the building expansion, factory re-layout, new equipment delivery, existed packing and mixing equipment relocation.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
- Ensure projects comply with SHE, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), industry regulations, and company standards.
- Lead engineering project delivery team, including Unilever project engineers, 3rd Party CM team, construction contractor and MEI contractor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BG/BU engineering, PMO, Operation, procurement, and external contractors.
- Managing stakeholders and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Change management & change control
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
- Proven experience in managing CAPEX projects in FMCG manufacturing environments.
- Strong background in brownfield project management.
- Familiarity with GMP, FDA, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in managing large-scale project budgets.
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus

- Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment
- Effective communicator at all levels. Good presentation skills and ability to conduct effective meetings and presentations with large teams.
- Professional and positive approach – a can do attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile when required
- Dynamic, self-motivated and self sufficient
- Ability to cope with pressure, assertive and adaptable
- Fluent in English, and Thai language is plus
