Responsibilities
- Conduct the fixture design of new projects.
- Non-standard equipment design and automation equipment design
- Support to manufacturing improvement by jig/fix and tooling development, Management and daily checking of equipment’s/tooling
- Tooling management and optimization
- Drawing of tooling/fixture central management
- Timely coordination processing in the design, manufacturing, purchasing, assembling, debugging problems in the process, provide technical support to use for subsequent.
- Capable to conduct DFM analysis/review.
Requirements
- Familiar with common mechanical structure, materials, methods of heat treatment of materials
- To understand the common mechanical processing technology
- Be familiar with the use of graphic design software including Auto CAD or SolidWorks. Be familiar with MS office.
- At least 10 years working experience in non-standard equipment design and automation equipment design experience.
- 10 years’ experience in equipment sustain and maintenance.
- Major in mechanical design is must, Knowledge in electronic is a plus.
- Experience in Kaizen improvement would be preferred.
- Intermediate English reading, writing, and speaking.
- Bachelor's Degree or above, major in mechanical design manufacturing and automation
