Job Responsibilities
- To own the products in mass production including assembly processes and test document to end of life.
- To drive activities in identification and continuous improvement on yield improvement, Bone-piles reduction, and cost reduction
- To support problem solving on moderate scope and complexity
- To execute best known continuous improvements methods like FMEAs, SDRs, A3s and 3P activities,
- Lead and execute root cause investigations and corrective actions for test failures on PCBA testing
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by validating test coverage and defining qualification plans.
- Create and maintain test documentation, reports, and work instructions.
Qualifications and requirements
- A minimum B.Sc or B.Eng degree in Electrical Engineerig with >5 years of industry experience in electronics or optical product manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of electronic circuitry and testing and debugging procedures for Analog current-controlled laser drivers, Analog / digital sensors circuits, Distributed MCU based system
- In-depth knowledge of Schematic design and updates, PCB layout design and updates (or close collaboration with R&D engineers)
- Excellent problem identification and troubleshooting skills.
- Computer knowledge: MS Office. Knowledge of Jira, Agile, Confluence and Miro is a plus.
- Teamwork orientation with strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills, as well as commitment to continuous improvement.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Thai
- Self-motivated, able to plan tasks and small projects, to adhere to deadlines under tight project schedules
- Flexibility in work hours to support conference calls
