ANW-C has responsibility to ensure the best network for 4G site total 5,050 , 5G site total 1,888 and Average Customer Complaintr 4,800 case per Month.From workload calculation must have at least 14 persons to execute jobs. But now ANW-C have 13persons for 14 H/C.But now have to backlog jobs.
