Digital Operations Portfolio Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Portfolio Management:
- Act as the Digital Portfolio Manager for Operations & Program department, overseeing all digital initiatives and ensuring alignment with D&IS Operations' core model.
- Generalize digital demand intake and respond to site/regional needs with scalable, compliant solutions. - Project Leadership & Execution:
- Lead multi-phase digital projects such as the D&S PMM Tool in collaboration with IS&T and E2E Material Flow BPO.
- Drive project planning, milestone tracking, and risk/opportunity management across the digital supply chain portfolio. - Business Intelligence & Data Governance:
- Serve as BI BPO for D&IS Operations, facilitating cross-product line alignment on BI technologies and data strategies.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for data integrity issues across ERP and application interfaces. - Value Capture & Change Management:
- Govern value capture tracking mechanisms and ensure visibility of benefits realization across projects.
- Facilitate change management and stakeholder engagement to support digital transformation. - Leadership & Collaboration:
- Step in as deputy to the D&IS Digital Operations Business Partner, leading digital demand reviews and strategic discussions.
- Foster inclusive leadership, delegate effectively, and inspire cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital project portfolio management within supply chain or operations.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving cross-functional alignment.
- Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense, SQL, Python) and data governance frameworks.
- Experience managing complex digital transformation projects and tools (e.g., PMM Tool, RM FC).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and remote collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead with authenticity, empathy, and purpose.
