Job Description:
- Develop and implement digital marketing plans
- Conduct market research on Thai consumers, competitors, and trends
- Build localized campaign strategies and content plans based on Thai customer behavior.
- Manage digital channels
- Operate and optimize Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, Line OA, and other relevant platforms in Thailand
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies for the Thai-language website.
- Create and supervise content
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce ad content (in Thai or English, as appropriate)
- Ensure all content aligns with Thai culture and local regulations.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance
- Use tools like GA4, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, etc., to measure KPIs.
- Propose optimizations to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per result.
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with sales, customer service, and Thai-based partners to ensure consistent messaging and smooth execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, preferably with international markets
- Proficiency in English skills
- Familiarity with popular digital platforms and online user behavior
- Strong data analysis, advertising optimization, and user insight skills
- Creative, proactive, strategic thinking, and strong teamwork capabilities
