To support and oversee delivery operations, with a strong focus on managing third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure service quality, cost-efficiency, and on-time performance. This includes route optimization, accurate delivery transaction recording in SAP, and full compliance with QEHS Management Systems and delivery-related KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze delivery performance data and KPIs such as OTIF, delivery accuracy, and damage rate to identify improvement areas.
- Analyse route planning & truck loading on nationwide distribution
- Monitor and control daily delivery operations to ensure timely and complete deliveries (OTIF) according to customer requirements.
- Manage and evaluate third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure service quality, efficiency, and compliance with agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with internal departments (Customer Service, Sales, Planning) to ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Optimize delivery routes in collaboration with 3PL partners to reduce transport costs, improve lead time, and ensure safety compliance.
- Review and verify delivery documents, such as delivery orders, invoices, and proof of delivery (POD), before and after shipment.
- Record and maintain delivery transactions accurately in SAP or related ERP system for tracking and audit purposes.
- Follow up and retrieve signed documents from customers and ensure proper handover to Accounting and relevant departments.
- Prepare monthly delivery reports for management review and 3PL invoice verification prior to payment processing.
- Support compliance with QEHS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) across all delivery-related activities.
- Apply AI tools or digital platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Power BI, Excel AI) to enhance operational decision-making, planning, and reporting.
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of customer complaints or non-conformities related to delivery service.
- Track and control delivery costs to ensure budget adherence and cost efficiency in collaboration with Finance.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and/or physical) for all delivery documentation to ensure traceability and compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in delivery operations or transport coordination, with strong background in managing third-party logistics providers (3PL).
- Familiar with SAP (especially MM or LE module) and capable of handling delivery-related transactions.
- Good understanding of transportation planning, route optimization, and delivery performance metrics (e.g., OTIF, damage rate).
- Basic knowledge of QEHS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and ability to ensure operational compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with digital transport tools or TMS is a plus.
- Ability to use AI-powered tools or applications to enhance logistics analysis, route planning, and operational efficiency (e.g., ChatGPT, Power BI with Copilot, AI-based route optimization tools).
- Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple departments and external parties.
- Able to work under pressure, results-oriented, with a proactive and responsible attitude.
- Fair command of English, both written and spoken.
