The role
TEFANESO (Thailand) Co., Ltd.' is seeking a Customer Service Agent - Visa Processing (French Level C1/C2) to join their team in Bang Na aera, Bangkok. This is a full-time position, focused on providing exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the visa processing journey.
What you'll be doing
- Handling all incoming customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels
- Providing assistance and guidance to customers on the visa application process
- Responding to customer queries in a friendly, professional and timely manner
- Processing visa applications and following up on application status
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or department
- Continuously seeking ways to improve the customer experience
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication skills in French (proficiency level C1/C2) and English
- Having full working rights in Thailand.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with visa application processes and requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
