Responsibilities
Lead the cross-functional and country leadership team towards the common goal of advancing Organon Thailand’s leadership in Women’s Health, Cardiovascular Disease, and other key therapeutic areas.
Oversee the commercial organization to achieve ambitious P&L targets, delivering USD >100 million in revenue with strong growth.
Lead a commercial team of more than 100 employees to drive performance and ensure alignment with global and regional strategies.
Address market-specific challenges, including external affairs and managing complex price regulations, while maintaining a competitive market position.
Drive business growth across retail and hospital channels, ensuring accessibility of Organon’s products to patients and women who need them.
Cultivate strong collaboration with Asia Pacific Cluster teams, regional stakeholders, and global teams to align Thailand’s strategic direction with broader company goals.
Foster an exceptional company culture that prioritizes collaboration, purpose-driven engagement, high performance, and team empowerment.
Tasks:
Develop and implement short-, mid-, and long-term business plans for Organon Thailand to drive sustainable growth while maintain ethics and integrity in all aspects.
Actively engage in external affairs to address regulatory and policy opportunities, ensuring maintaining a positive reputation with key stakeholders and advancing our company objectives.
Oversee and guide operations of the commercial team, ensuring high engagement and alignment with organizational objectives.
Coordinate across functions and levels, serving as the most senior leadership role in Thailand, and act as the principal spokesperson for the affiliate.
Ensure continued growth momentum, including the successful execution of new product launches and market expansion initiatives.
Represent Thailand in the Asia Pacific Cluster leadership team, contributing to the development of the cluster’s overall strategy and execution.

Required Education, Experience and Skills
Master’s degree preferred
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
Proven track record of leading commercial teams to high performance for minimum 5 years.
Demonstrated success in leading large commercial teams to high performance and delivering strong business results.
Substantial P&L leadership experience for businesses of similar scale will be an advantage.
Expertise in external affairs, including managing pricing policies and navigating regulatory landscapes will be an advantage.
Experience driving growth in both retail and hospital channels.
Proven ability to create thriving, empowered, and engaged organizations.
Experience leading leaders is preferred.
Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, with expertise in navigating regulatory and pricing challenges.
Strong strategic and aspirational mindset, coupled with attention to detail and operational excellence.
High financial and business acumen, with experience managing P&L for substantial revenue streams.
Clear ability to overcome challenges, manage ambiguity, and lead during times of change.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Fluent in English.
