The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives to drive user adoption and usage growth for SPayLater
- Work closely with the Shopee Cluster/Category team to identify opportunities for growth-driven campaigns and promotions
- Track campaign performance, evaluate key metrics, and optimize strategies using data-driven insights
- Develop and implement strategies for SPayLater's social media channels, including content calendars and engagement-driven campaigns
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth to track visibility and brand sentiment
- Manage ad-hoc marketing projects and support special initiatives to improve product visibility and usage
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, business administration, or any related field
- 1 - 3 years of working experience in marketing-related fields
- Work experience in project management or similar role
- Proven track record in driving growth and managing marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Excellent attention to details with the ability to deliver high-quality work on time
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- High proficient in English both written and oral communication
- Work experience in eCommerce / financial industry is a plus
