Recruiting Position: Associate / Associate Director / Director Role: Campaign Lead Management and Analytics.
Main Duties and Responsibility.
1. Extract and prepare lead data from databases using SQL or Python.
2. Lead end-to-end CRM campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of KPIs.
3. Collaborate with product, marketing, and channel teams on campaign objectives, offerings, mechanics, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
4. Leverage customer insights and personas to design compelling communication strategies and optimized customer journeys.
5. Ensure accuracy and readiness of campaign mechanics and messaging before launch.
6. Monitor adoption and track campaign results against plan to achieve target.
7. Gather feedback from channels and customers to enhance future campaigns.
8. Deliver campaign performance reports, insights, and key learnings through well-structured dashboards and executive presentations.
Qualifications and required experience.
Bachelor s degree or higher in, business administration, marketing, economics or related fields.
Experience in marketing strategy, product, customer segment or CRM campaign.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English communication.
Solid understanding of banking or financial services industry is a plus.
Technical Skill: SQL, Python, Cloud Platform.
