General Purpose
– Build and grow a network of Introductory Brokers (IBs) who bring active FX traders to CXM and drive revenue.

Key Competences
- 3–5 yrs institutional FX business‑development success, B2B focus.
- Proven strategic‑partnership origination and revenue scaling.
- Solid FX market understanding.
- Executive‑level relationship‑building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages valued.
