We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our digital marketing agency in Mumbai. You will play a key role in generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and expanding our service reach across sectors. You will work closely with the VP – Business Development and be expected to represent the agency in key client and industry touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and approach potential clients via cold calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and event networking
- Client Pitches & Presentations: Develop compelling proposals and pitch decks customized for SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Web Development, and other digital services.
- Proposal Development: Coordinate with internal teams to build customized proposals, commercial terms, and service agreements.
- Sales Funnel Management: Manage CRM, track leads, conduct follow-ups, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Industry Events & Networking: Attend marketing conferences, industry exhibitions, and networking forums to build brand visibility and generate business leads.
- Travel: Ready to travel for client meetings, industry events, roadshows, or business networking opportunities as needed.
- Market Intelligence: Keep tabs on competitor activities, market shifts, and emerging trends in digital marketing and advertising.
- Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with strategy, design, and performance teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction.
