Job title – Associate Manager, Romer Labs
Location – Bangkok, Thailand
As an Associate Manager, Romer Labs, you will be responsible for direct sales to end customers and/or distributors, including acquiring new customers and driving cross-sell, up-sell, and repeat sales with existing accounts. Your goal will be to achieve defined sales targets while building strong, long-term customer relationships.
Your key responsibilities
- Implement sales strategy to drive substantial and profitable growth by identifying and developing opportunities with both new and existing customers
- Conduct seminars, sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to showcase company expertise and deliver value to customers and distributors
- Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring high-quality service, addressing complaints effectively, and strengthening long-term customer relationships
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable products, services, or solutions to support customer satisfaction and contribute to revenue growth
- Collaborate with Global and Regional Key Account Managers by organizing joint customer visits and supporting strategic account activities
- Participate in tenders to secure new business opportunities and expand the customer base

You bring
- Bachelor of Science or Equivalent Sales Experience with more than 3 years
- Experience in the food safety, diagnostics, or ingredients industry will be considered a strong advantage
- Proven track record of achievement in a prior sales position
- Possess excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Willing to travel
