Position Purpose:
Manage department overall efficient operation with view to achieve financial and operation KPI as set by Manager / GM.
Position Functions - Principal Accountabilities:
- Plan and execute business development plan
- Strategy formulation.
- Supervisor in team.
- Develop and create new product in order to meet new requirements and to meet target.
- Check and approve all invoices, credit note, and payment vouchers.
- Control cost from vendors, warehouses.
- Control and maintain an effective warehousing/logistics activities.
- Look out for cost reduction opportunities by way of work process improvement, better equipment and more efficient workforce.
- Develop key relationships with customers (new and established customers), e.g. though sales visits.
- Plan, Develop organize and implement numerous task for internal department programs tailored to the organization’s needs and budget.
- To control and maintain Environmental Management System and Occupational Health and Safety Management System effectively in responsible area.
- To participate and support activities related to Environmental Management System and Occupational Health and Safety Management System of the DSV.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
