Administration Collaborator, VNGGames (Bangkok)

1. Office Management :

  • Monitoring and maintaining a green and clean environment including services: trees, maintenance, cleaning, insect control to ensure the services meet quality requirements
  • Resolve office maitanance issues (when necessary): contact vendor to fix equipment, office system….(Electricity system, AC, furniture, office applicians )
  • Contact with Building Management Department to conduct necessary issues such as: issuing access card, information announcement, renovation, etc.
  • Contact with Supplier to purchase drinking waters, stationeries, coffee bean for the Office
  • Purchase pantry food and arrange for the office weekly work with Marketing team and assist them to manage and arrange the storage
  • Welcoming guest and visitor (prepare all necessities)
  • Submit eform for all monthly expenses of the office
2. Office Renovation :

  • Assist AF to find contractor/vendor. in term of negotiation, deal the price, checking capacity of contractor, suggest AF can based on the budget leading the process, and local admin can assist the process
  • Prepare the contract for office renovation
  • Interpretion between HO and Contractor during renovation process.
  • Supervise contractors during office renovation and send reports to AF
3. Office Leasing:
  • Office rent payment (inc management fee) working with office management and AF with the payment issues
  • Discuss with the Building management for new lease renewal or lease termination including contract termination, return of premises, AF will based on the GE budget and planning and making decision with HRA team
  • Admin will assisting searching for a new location when the current contract expires (if required) and carry out the processes of moving the office, setting up the office, fitout a new office, and returning the premises to the current landlord.
4. Event, IT & HR Support
  • Plan and excute celebrate event as request from Team and Corp 5 IT tasks
  • Manage the IT assets, check the inventory peridically
  • Distribute and recall IT equipment, receive the purchased items
  • Work with IT outsource and IT to solve IT related issues ( such as internet )
  • Support HR to wellcome new Stater (wellcome kit, prepared IT equipment, Access Card …)

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors · Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
  • Familiar with basic office systems (AC, electricity, furniture, pantry) and general maintenance coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with using digital admin tools (e-forms, inventory systems, etc.)
  • Experience working with building management and handling lease agreements is a plus
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal
