What You’ll Be Doing
Administrative & Executive Support
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Organize and prioritize emails, correspondence, and communications on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and organization.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the accountant.
- Assist in preparing financial documents, including invoices, expense reports, and budget tracking.
- Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
- Follow up on outstanding payments with clients and maintain a structured tracking system.
- Handle liaison duties with government agencies for compliance and documentation.
- Prepare and submit BOI-related forms and reports to relevant authorities.
- Assist in visa extensions and work permits in collaboration with the accountant.
- Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns with the MD and team.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring seamless communication.
- Manage basic client interactions on behalf of the MD, addressing inquiries professionally.
- Communicate with clients on behalf of the Managing Director, ensuring a high level of service.
- Help maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication and problem resolution.
✅ Thai national only (not able to provide a work permit for this position).
✅ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin, or similar role.
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with an eye for detail.
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Thai).
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Google Workspace.
✅ Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
✅ Interest in marketing and digital strategies with a willingness to learn.
✅ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
✅ Self-motivated, proactive, and independent thinker who can take initiative.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in the digital marketing industry or similar fast-paced environments.
Project management or client communication experience.
