• Review weekly payment transaction and confirm with AP team about WHT are correct.
• Support yearly physical count fixed assets.
• Update BOI number for all fixed asset.
• Preparation documents support BOI requirement.
• Issue sales tax invoice/receipt for other income.
• Follow up all vendor invoice issues pending.
• Review and approve eMars.
• Prepare tax submit PP.30, 36, PND.3, 53, 54.
• Issue WHT certificate for vendor for deducted transaction.
• Prepare monthly VAT report and WHT report with reconciliation.
• Take care of the company with petty cash, reimbursement and post transactions.
• Follow up employee advance clearing and post transaction.
• Support Audit year end.
