We’re looking for a digital producer as our full-time in-house production department to join our team!AIRR production, we are eCommerce enablers and creative agency for 360 communications.

  • We seek an experienced digital content producer who can create, edit, and produce digital assets, social engagement, and online platforms Livestreams.

  • We are looking for a producer who has an online to on-ground activation experience.

  • High-energy, creative, forwarded thinking and solution oriented.

  • Positive attitude, excitement to tackle new problems/concepts and learn new things.

  • Entrepreneur mindset, creative with a passion for pushing boundaries.


  • Production work management: VDO production, Online and On-ground activation set up and running, Livestreams, Photo shooting for both inhouse & on-location production.

  • Collaborate with an internal creative, marketing team, vendors, 3rd parties, and clients to manage and accomplished the production.

  • Ability to handle a high volume of content deliverables without compromising quality or missing deadlines.

  • Strong organizational ability, detail-oriented, solution-oriented.


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent work experience.

  • A minimum of 3 years' Project Management or Mid-level Producer experienced at an entertainment agency or network, with ability to command a team for efficient workflow.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Thai & English.

  • Excellent in production processes both offline and online; Livestreams / Photo / Shoot / Production experience at agency or production company.

  • Knowledges of the Livestreams production from pre-production, on-set production.Able to understand the brief, creative design and able to manage prop selection & production scene set up for Livestreams.

  • Knowledge of the video production process from storyboarding through final editing.

  • Excellent using Adobe photoshop / AI, and Livestreams software and tools would be considered as an advantage.

  • Understanding of business accounting plus experience with Google Docs/Calendars and standard software such as MS Office.

  • Strong writing and organizational skills & professional phone etiquette.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment. Must be flexible with working hours, if necessary (late nights, overnights, weekends and holidays) and adaptable to change.

  • Must be strong at multi-tasking, managing multiple projects, budgeting, and scheduling.
