Job Summary
This role requires someone who can develop and lead high growth new businesses within an existing corporate environment. The successful candidate should be creative, collaborative and be a clear, strategic thinker. They must be a strong team leader able to guide and encourage their team to grow these high potential new businesses.The successful candidate will be required to build partnerships across AIS involving product teams, Marketing, IT, Network, Customer Service etc. and with external partners such as Insurance, media agency and data analytics partners.
The ideal candidate will be results focused, detail oriented, and process driven to deliver against an innovative product roadmap as well as a successful go-to-market for each product.
Job Description
- Analyze, determine and implement a winning strategy for a successful mobile insurance platform that serves the wider community in Thailand
- Accountable for delivering the Insurance business KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to quickly develop strong relationships, work closely with cross functional stakeholders and business partners to define a long term product roadmap, identify new features, and ensure that delivery of the product is timely, of the highest quality and in line with cost targets.
- Must be able to communicate at a detailed and at an executive level on both strategic and tactical ideas and projects.
