The Title Coordinator will handle multiple projects/clients and act as a liaison between Client Operations and Production for client assigned orders. The Title Coordinator will bring together various assets, data and reports to ensure on-time delivery of projects in coordination with the larger Client Operations team. This position reports into the Client Manager.
Responsibilities
- Professional client interaction when confirming orders and delivery dates externally.
- Take responsibility on the assigned client projects, and report critical issues to the Client Managers and Global Directors in charge with immediate effect.
- Perform order entries based on client requests and ensure final deliveries are within the expected timeframe.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Learn to manage a new client’s project or an additional workflow to increase the team’s scalability.
- Abide by security policies and protect information and assets entrusted to you.
- Perform simple file research.
Skills and experience required
- Experience dealing with customers and/or clients in a manner that consistently establishes and builds trust in the relationship.
- Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Able to provide a strong delivery with an eye for detail. Pragmatic in approach and able to solve problems to ensure that deliverables quality, cost and timing are on or ahead of standards and expectations.
Essential
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Desirable
- Able to work independently
- Willing to work weekend / odd shift (e.g: Tuesday to Saturday)
- Interest in the media and entertainment industry
