Job Description
As a Key Account Manager, you will work with our top sellers to drive seller performance and growth – including identifying opportunities gaps, managing communication and relationships, and helping to unlock seller potential and growth.
To accomplish this, you will be provided with independence and support to drive portfolio performance – working across the cluster with Category Managers within your category and supported by cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and friendly environment.
You will receive the opportunity to drive impact within the category and your portfolio, independence and ownership, and the opportunity to develop essential skills across the spectrum – negotiation and communication, portfolio strategy, implementation, and analysis.

- Manage Top sellers under Fashion, ensure they are growing in the same direction of the related category, build new/potential sellers to become bigger and stronger within category
- Drive sales, order and buyer growth of sellers in portfolio – including launching seller specific initiatives, identifying and actioning opportunities within sellers and portfolio
- Drive seller engagement to the platform: Drive engagement in terms of new assortment building, campaign participations, Flash sales, tools adoption and deal hunting
- Manage internal seller community via Line groups, FB or Forums, maintain high level of engagement within key communication channels
Job Requirements
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of prior experience is preferred
- Background: Sales & Marketing, Business, Key Account Management, Retail (Offline/Online)
- Skills: Analytical skills, Negotiation skills, Attention to detail, Communication and interpersonal skills, Partnership skills, systematic thinking and problem solving
- Attitude: Highly driven and motivated to drive impact and change, positive attitude and desire to learn and grow, strong ownership
