In this role, you will be responsible for developing the creator ecosystem in a scalable manner by establishing campaign mechanics design based on business needs, exercising your creative muscle and own end-to-end campaign launch, ongoing status tracking and post-mortem analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Managing Fashion long-tail sellers (100+ Sellers) incubating them to become top GMV contribution sellers
- Build and maintain relationship with merchants, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign or seasonality
- Develop seller capability in terms of contents and affiliate to accelerate seller's growth
- Discover new collaborative opportunity fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plan
- Maintain service quality provided by seller
- Lower cancelation and return rate, shipping LT, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction
