Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and calls in a timely and professional manner
- Record and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal tools
- Monitor chats and respond according to quality, tone, and process standards
- Contribute to team goals and ensure high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT)
- Follow company guidelines to handle sensitive information securely
Requirements:
- Thai nationality only
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, or Call Center roles
- Must have own laptop/PC and stable internet (for remote roles)
- Strong communication skills in Thai (basic English is a plus)
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, weekends, or holidays if needed
- Can accept fresh graduates
