Territory Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Bayer products to healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders within the assigned territory
- Execute ethical promotional activities under the Patient Focused Interaction (PFI) and IPS model
- Achieve sales targets while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards
- Manage and optimize sales activity plans, budgets, and engagement events
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data
- Collaborate with internal teams (CE Coach, Marketing, etc.) to enhance sales performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical or medical science or related field
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- English proficiency and computer literacy
- Result-driven with strong time management and planning skills
