Job Requirements
- Responsible for Carrying out capacity and resource planning.
- Looking after Allocation and review tasks of supervisors.
- Responsible for executing production quantity as per plan with desired quality.
- Ensuring Utilization of all available resources effectively to achieve maximum productivity.
- Able to Adopt Rigorous approach towards reducing PPM level.
- Strong customer focus and ensure customer demand is met on time.
- Must participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Must Participate in Six Sigma projects.
- Ensure EHS compliances are met.
- Responsible for Team and Manpower Management
- Able to Train and coach subordinates.
- Should Participate in EHS activities like BBS, EJMS, internal EHS audits
What your background should look like
- BE/ B. Tec (Electronic, Mechanical)
- Experience 5+ years in manufacturing industry
- Previous experience building and sustaining high-performing multi-disciplinary teams.
Technical capabilities:
- Expert functional /domain knowledge
- Building people capability: Training and mentoring engineers with the necessary skill set, assuring succession & workforce planning & organizational capability
- Ability to lead by example, gain respect from team and communicate with clarity whilst demonstrating excellence in approach to work and people activities
- Ability to manage a wide variety of activities at the same time and work cross functionally and collaboratively with many stakeholders
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills with understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure/cost of poor quality
