Responsibilities
- Research and gather data to develop well-informed strategic plans for clients.
- Work with clients to define short and long term goals.
- Able to identify the right target audiences and understand their behavior and habits.
- Strategically determine the most effective media mix to display advertisements and allocate budget.
- Coordinate, monitor and routinely evaluate media campaigns and strategies.
- Lead the process for pitching of new clients together with the sales lead and creative team.
- Utilize tools such as Fanpage Karma and Mandala to its maximum value.
- Follow media trends of online and offline outlets closely.
- Able to mentor junior members and create a work environment suitable for open discussions and sharing of ideas.
- Initiate a new approach to the work process and propose to management as needed.
Qualification
- Over 1 years of experience in strategic media or communications planning.
- Experience working in an advertising agency/digital agency preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising fields required or higher.
- In-depth understanding of customer marketing, digital marketing and up-to-date digital trend.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Well-organized, self motivated and a team player.
- Positive and open-minded, creative minded and always looking to learn.
