Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Management: Lead the planning and implementation of strategic projects by developing project charters, setting cadence, coordinating project meetings, and tracking execution progress to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Insight Generation: Provide analytical support through research, data analysis, and market assessments to inform strategic decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and Group counterparts to align on key initiatives, address challenges, and resolve execution bottlenecks.
- Issue Resolution and Facilitation: Proactively identify obstacles and coordinate solutioning discussions with project stakeholders on a regular basis or as needed during the project lifecycle.
- Strategic Communications: Serve as the primary liaison for strategic communications and engagement activities for the CEO and the Head of Strategy & CEO’s Office, including town halls, press releases, and leadership forums.
- Continuous Improvement: Support ideation and development of new initiatives to drive continuous improvement across both financial and non-financial dimensions of the Bank’s operations.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years work experience in project management, consulting, strategy, corporate finance, business development or any relevant areas
- Experienced working in fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing strategic deals or partnerships
- Experience in digital, fintech, e-commerce, data analytics, AI and financial services industry is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to synthesize data and provide strategic recommendations.
