- Defining and Managing project scope by setting master plan, deliverables for the project, ensuring everyone is aligned and resources are used effectively.
- Creating a roadmap with timelines, budgets, tasks, dependencies, and communication protocols to guide project execution.
- Monitoring progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget, and addressing any roadblocks promptly.
- Communicating and engaging with stakeholders when there are problems or update

- Leading activity of new production readiness across plant example new material, new process, new machine which not is current production set up: Initiate project, master plan, governing key stakeholder, execution, decision and follow up.

- Co-scouting with local production excellence team on new material (1st source) to improve cost, and productivity.
- Gathering insights detail information example defect resoluation to provide support and leverage learning and soluation.
- Supporting the request from local production excellence team to ensure that improvement activity is effective and meet with its objectives.

- Applying lean and six sigma concept with the project and supporting lean and six sigma activity.
