Job Summary
- Actively grow the business transactions from the assigned customers with strategic products; Cloud, Alloy, ICT and Cyber Security.
- Deliver the sale result as a guideline target through a solid business plan, quality sales pipeline management, and building effective account winning strategies.
- Build strong and effective relationships with key important persons of the assigned customer accounts, across all levels, to support the account strategy for the sale result deliver.
- Ensure the satisfaction of customers through an effective customer management practice either regular visit, respond to the issues, and deliver commitments.
- Work closely with teams, managers, and related functions to ensure smooth commitment delivery and problem solving for the best business results.
- Improve necessary personal skills and knowledge from the available resources, training programs for a better competency to support the business direction.
