Dow China is hiring a senior sales specialist to help manage our existing accounts as well as help develop new business opportunities in the area of construction chemical products. In this position you are also accountable for non-selling processes and as well as tasks inherent in the sales process. This includes generating leads, managing sales analytics, be the first port of call for technical issues, giving support on the phone to a customer, etc.

Responsibilities / Duties

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region
• Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share
• Search new product development opportunities
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain
• Collect and utilise market intelligence to shape sales plan. Get and analyse data to take decisions about new product development
• Leads and conduct negotiations and develops and implements price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications, customs regulations and Dow sales processes
• Collaborates with other functions and stakeholders to improve customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
