Job Description
- Installation, configuration, and performance tuning of database systems. such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL Server to support enterprise applications effective
- Monitor, analyze, and tune database performance to ensure stability, responsiveness, and optimal operation under different workloads.
- Optimize SQL queries and database configurations to improve response time, reduce latency, and enhance overall system performance.
- Plan and execute regular database backup and recovery operations to ensure data availability and business continuity in case of data loss or system failure.
- Diagnose and resolve database-related incidents and problems, including performance issues, access errors, and service disruptions.
- Manage user access privileges and implement database security policies to prevent unauthorized access and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Provide technical consultation and support to development and infrastructure teams on database design, structure, and integration for new and existing systems.
