Coordinate and provide support in documentation, data management, and reporting related to construction and/or engineering operations.
Prepare reports for meetings and summarize departmental activities.
Maintain and update databases and organize departmental files.
Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks within the department.
Coordinate with both internal and external departments.
Collect and compile data for the preparation of the annual budget.
Initiate PRs and POs as required by the department.
Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
3-5 years of experience in administrative or secretarial work.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good command of English.
Problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Service-minded, a team player with good interpersonal skills.
Able to work under pressure.
Flexible with working hours.
Willing to learn and continuously improve; diligent and proactive.
