What is the job about?
The Associate Account Manager is responsible for co-developing and implementing innovative business strategies, building and maintaining comprehensive account plans for key hotel chains and mix use developers, and leveraging analytical skills to identify and support sales initiatives. This role also serves as an anchor point for local sales teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination to drive business growth and enhance customer success management.
Your main responsibilities:
New Business Strategy Development
- Co-develop and implement innovative business strategies to drive growth within the hospitality sector. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition. Collaborate external stakeholders to align strategic approach and go to market approach.
Account Planning and Management
- Build and maintain comprehensive account plans for selected key hotel chains. Develop a measurable approach to evaluate account performance and implement actions as needed. Establish retention strategies to maintain long-term relationships and reduce churn.
Business Support and Analytics
- Apply analytical skills to identify sales opportunities and support sales initiatives.
- Prepare and analyse sales reports, market trends to provide quality intelligence and recommendations for improvement.
Local Sales Team Coordination
- Support local sales activities and initiatives to drive regional business growth.
- Facilitate marketing activities to generate leads and deliver value to end-users.
Vertical Growth Acceleration
- Leverage insights and relationships from key hotel accounts to explore opportunities in related industries.
Your background:
We imagine that you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Ability to develop and execute new innovative business concepts.
- Results orientated mindset and a track record of exceeding expectations.
- Strong command in English (Additional language within the region is highly advantageous).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., BW, Power BI).
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales performance dashboards.
- Understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
