Overview of the job
As a Business Analyst team, you will be a key part of a data transformation engagement for one of our leading retail clients. You will work closely with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams to define, align, and deliver data-driven solutions that directly impact business performance.
In this role, you will get to:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with client stakeholders across multiple business units
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable data and analytics requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and drive decision-making to support solution design
- Serve as a client-facing leader, bridging communication between business and technical teams
- Provide consultative support on data strategy, architecture, and implementation best practices
- Support project scoping, documentation, and validation of data solutions
- Leverage your understanding of SAP systems and enterprise data environments to anticipate integration challenges
- Collaborate with Commercial team, Project Managers, Data Engineers, Data Analysts and Tech Architects throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Help ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and strong relationship management
You’ll be successful if you have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Consultant, or Project Manager on data or digital transformation projects in large organizations
- Experience working with enterprise clients, ideally in retail or consumer-focused industries
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills, with the ability to lead discussions and facilitate consensus
- A consultative mindset with an ability to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Good understanding of data architecture, data platforms, and analytics processes
- Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively
- Be willing to travel to client site 80% of the time
