You will lead sales initiatives to drive growth in Thailand's Chinese OEM and APA segments, focusing on expanding existing accounts and capturing new opportunities. You will build and manage a strategic pipeline of target accounts, while encouraging strong, multi-tiered relationships with customers. You will help align customer needs with PPG's offerings, ensuring long-term partnerships and sustainable business expansion. You will report directly to Business Director, Automotive Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth in Thailand by expanding business within existing accounts and leading strategic initiatives across the Chinese OEM and APA segments.
Build and manage a strategic target list to identify and penetrate new business accounts, driving expansion through focused and acquisition efforts
Maintain multi-tiered customer relationships and develop positive relationships between PPG/customers.
Gather customer and market intelligence to support developing sales strategies, understanding, and implementing sales strategies.
Make a customer business action plan, ensure sales accomplishment, and profit objective.
Promote new products and technology to customers
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and account receipt, convert conflict to win-win.
Provide demand forecast, ensure products are on time and full arrival.
Be the interface among between manufactures, QC, supply chain, technical teams, credit service and customer to coordinate and resolve critical issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, major in chemical or equivalent
At least 5 years' sales or technical service working experience in Coatings or equivalent, management experience is must.
Demonstrates a proactive and results-driven approach to business development, with a strong ability to identify, pursue, and secure high-impact growth opportunities
Good command of Chinese, Written, Speaking, Reading, and Reporting.
Excellent communication and coordination skills
