What we want?
- Support inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs within due date & time
- Being Point of Contact of MFEC Team for assigned accounts by making sure that our service/product is prepare and design align with client's expectation and MFEC capacity by working with MFEC service team/distributor/product vendor
- Being as a focal point of contact among customer internal MFEC team vendor and all related parties and manage all output to align with customer’s expectation and timeline.
- Gathering budget from MFEC Teams, distributors and vendors for creating quotations to propose customers within their time plan
- Manage the commercial from all related parties and analyze the winning price to produce the quote as expected due date.
- Maintain and Develop relationship, working process with assigned account
- Customer relationship development in 360 degrees
- Continously Initiating new opportunitys with assigned customer by deeply understanding in their background, culture and align with their business plan
- Maintain Renewal Contract and our footprints in assigned customer
- Arrange regularly brainstorm meeting with other members of the team to discuss progress and initiate creativities to increase revenue and profit
- Logical decision and action under pressure circumstance and manage to escalation for solving
- Review and understand the Commerical Term in Customer Agreement and follow up until contract signed. Monitor and tracking project delivery and invoice placement together with all project managers
Who we are looking for?
BasicQualification:
- Typically requires Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business, IT, or related discipline
- A good analytical, logical thinking, problem solving, negotiated and effective communication skills
- Good commands of English
- At least 3 years in IT or SI sales solution area Ability and experience in managed sales pipeline
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in environment a must and strong knowledge of IT oriented sales
- Selling experience in IT Solution
- Self-motivated with positive, passionate CAN-DO attitude
- Ability and experience in managed sales pipeline, strategy and account plan
- Knowledge in AI and the ability to use AI-related tools and technologies
