Seeking a proactive Recruiter Officer to manage full-cycle hiring, ensuring timely and effective hiring to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and verify hiring requests to ensure compliance with company policies and approved headcount plans.
- Promote job openings through internal and external communication channels to ensure timely and accurate outreach.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules, prepare necessary materials, and support both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
- Communicate interview outcomes and facilitate pre-employment procedures, including medical checks and onboarding.
- Prepare employment contracts and ensure all documentation is complete and submitted to relevant departments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external recruitment partners to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding experiences.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
