ตอบรับโทรศัพท์สายกลางจากภายนอก และโอนสายไปยังบริษัทต่าง ๆ ในกรณีที่มีหมายเลขติดต่อภายใน รับทราบกิจกรรมพิเศษของผู้ว่าจ้างหรือผู้เช่าอาคาร ทราบข้อมูลเบื้องต้นของอาคาร เช่น อาคารมีกี่ชั้น มีพื้นที่ทั้งหมดเท่าไร ที่จอดรถของผู้เช่า และผู้มาติดต่อ ทราบข้อมูลทั่วไปและประเภทของธุรกิจของผู้เช่าต่าง ๆ ของอาคาร บันทึกและแจ้งเบอร์โทรศัพท์ที่จำเป็นสำคัญ เช่น เบอร์โทรศัพท์ สถานีตำรวจนครบาลที่อาคารตั้งอยู่ ตำรวจท่องเที่ยว สถานีตำรวจดับเพลิง การไฟฟ้า ประปา โรงพยาบาล ประสานงานกับผู้ดูแลอาคาร เรื่องการรักษาความสะอาด และการรักษาความปลอดภัยในบริเวณชั้น G บริการเรียกรถของผู้เช่า ผู้มาติดต่อ หรือ TAXI จัดพิมพ์เอกสารประชาสัมพันธ์ แจ้งข่าวต่าง ๆ ติดประกาศ ให้ผู้เช่า ผู้มาติดต่อหรือบุคคลทั่วไปรับทราบ บริการข้อมูลเบื้องต้นแก่ผู้มาติดต่อ

- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานให้แก่ผู้มาติดต่อทั้งชาวไทย และต่างประเทศ
รับเอกสาร BY HAND จากหน่วยงานภายนอกที่ระบุชื่อผู้รับและติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้รับเพื่อรับเอกสารต่อไป ดูแลการแลกบัตรผู้มาติดต่อภายในอาคาร ช่วยเหลืองานฝ่ายธุรการอื่น ๆ
และ/หรือสามารถปรับเปลี่ยนได้ตามบริบทของหน่วยงาน
