The Role
This position will act as the Owner’s Representative and will be responsible for facilitating seamless communication, efficient project tracking, and administrative support across all phases of the project. Ensuring that project operations run smoothly, documentation is well-managed, and all stakeholders are aligned with project goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders, including the Owner, project managers, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies.
- Facilitate clear and timely communication across teams to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, presentation consolidation, and distribution of pre-reading materials.
- Record and track meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including supply ordering, IT coordination, and general support for on-site Owner and Owner’s Rep teams.
- Assist with onboarding tasks for new project team members to ensure smooth integration.
- Maintain accurate records related to safety training, incidents, compliance, and other essential project documentation.
- Perform basic data compilation and analysis to support decision-making by the Technical Program Manager.
- Identify and escalate potential risks, conflicts, or deviations to the Technical Program Manager.
- Ensure proper logging and documentation of issues for timely resolution.
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Support documentation and reporting efforts related to compliance activities.

Ideally you will have:
- 10 years’ minimum experience in plant maintenance or construction in the Oil and Gas Industry
- Experience in Data Center projects will be considered an advantage
