ob Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management within the M&E or engineering field; additional experience in data center projects is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale M&E projects, with strong knowledge of HVAC, power systems, and fire protection.
- Expertise in M&E systems, local authority approval processes, and testing and commissioning of critical infrastructure in data centers, including Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
- Solid understanding of CAPEX planning, cost estimation, and total cost of ownership (TCO) for M&E systems in data centers.
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- Proficiency in project management tools, MS Project, and MS Office, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrates initiative, collaboration, and resilience under pressure.
