- Collect and organize manageable figures related to branch performance.
- Prepare and update key financial indicators and internal reports.
- Assist in benchmarking and analyzing other banks.
- Support internal documentation and presentations.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
- Interest in financial analysis and planning.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., functions, charts, pivot tables).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- English communication skills are mandatory. Japanese is a plus (not mandatory but better to have).
