- Lead and execute SEM (focus on Google Ads) and Paid Social (focus LinkedIn Ads and Meta)strategies focused on driving qualified B2B leads.
- Own campaign planning, execution, budget management, and performance optimization across paid channels.
- Build targeting strategies that align with our ICP (ideal customer profile), sales funnel stages, and content roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with the content, events, and sales teams to align messaging and ensure lead quality.
- Launch A/B tests for ad creative, copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, funnel conversion rates) and deliver performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Manage ad tracking, attribution, and integrations via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and tools like Mailchimp or Attio.
- Work with our AI engineers on launching, developing and continuous improvement of internal AI agents.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and competitor strategies to keep us innovative and effective.
- As part of our Thai team you may be involved in supporting local initiatives (events, workshops, conferences)
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads (especially Search) and LinkedIn Ads—including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and funnel optimization.
- Analytical thinker with a test-and-learn mindset and strong Excel/Google Sheets and analytics skills.
- Experience working with CRMs and marketing automation tools.
- Good understanding of how AI agents work and how they can enhance your work. Readiness to include AI agents usage and development in your daily tasks.
- Comfortable owning campaign strategy and execution end-to-end.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills—able to translate data into actionable strategy.
- Bonus: Experience with SEO, retargeting, programmatic, or Meta Ads. Experience with using AI agents for performance marketing.
