Description
Our Bangkok office is looking for an Office Administrative and Accounting assistant to join our team. Our business provides niche forensic accounting services to clients mainly in the insurance and legal industries. We are a small team, and this role will be critical to our Bangkok office and lend support to our Singapore-based Finance team with wider Asia Pacific invoicing and accounts payable/receivable responsibilities.
Your New Role
Office Admin
- Manage office supplies and purchases
- Arrange appointments and travel plans
- Perform office administrative tasks including, filing, organising documents
- Preparation of document for signing and submission as required
- Provide other general administrative support as requested
- Prepare operational reports as requested
- Work with different offices (mainly Singapore and Hong Kong), accounting firms and suppliers
- IT troubleshoot basic on premise issues eg screen connections/printer etc
Marketing
- Helping to plan and organise client events, such as coordinating with the venue and catering
- Review invitation and follow up with registrants
- Prepare, manage and purchase of merchandise
- Assist in presentation preparation as needed
- Handle client enquiries
- Maintain client contact database
- Assist in external marketing requirement as requested (Ciarb treasury duties)
Finance / Accounting Admin
- File documents as required to comply with Thai corporate obligations
- Run errands using messengers for banking or government-related documents
- Prepare summary suppliers' payment reports
- Coordinate in billing and collection
- Stamp duty submission
- Timesheet and expenses
- Withholding tax document preparation
What You'll Bring to the Role
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Thai is required, as you will be working with different offices
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in an administrative or finance role
