YOUR TASKS

หน้าที่ และความรับผิดชอบ (Main Accountabilities)

• ตรวจสอบสภาพทั่วไปทางด้านสุขอนามัยและความสะอาดในการผลิตเพื่อป้องกันการปนเปื้อนของเชื้อในผลิตภัณฑ์ (Environment Monitoring)
• ตรวจสอบคุณภาพทางจุลชีววิทยา ของวัตถุดิบ บรรจุภัณฑ์ ผลิตภัณฑ์รอการบรรจุ ผลิตภัณฑ์กึ่งสำเร็จรูป และ ผลิตภัณฑ์ สำเร็จรูปทุกชนิดให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดของไบเออร์สด๊อรฟ
• จำแนกชนิดของเชื้อจุลินทรีย์ที่ตรวจพบ
• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (Data analysist) ของผลการตรวจสอบต่างๆ ทั้งสภาพทั่วไปทางด้านสุขอนามัย ความสะอาดในการผลิต รวมถึงวัตถุดิบ บรรจุภัณฑ์ ผลิตภัณฑ์รอการบรรจุ ผลิตภัณฑ์กึ่งสำเร็จรูป และ ผลิตภัณฑ์ สำเร็จรูป
• ลงบันทึกรายงานผลการตรวจสอบและจัดเก็บเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตามข้อกำหนด GMP และจัดทำและทบทวน WI ของการทดสอบทางด้านจุลชีววิทยา รวมทั้ง WI ของวิธีการสอบเทียบเครื่องมือที่อยู่ในความรับผิดชอบให้สอดคล้องกับการทำงาน
• เป็นผู้ทดสอบทางด้านจุลชีววิทยาเมื่อมีวิธีทดสอบใหม่หรือเครื่องจักรใหม่ที่ใช้ในการผลิตต้องศึกษาและทดลองทำ เพื่อให้ได้วิธีทดสอบที่น่าเชื่อถือหรือได้วิธีการล้าง และฆ่าเชื้อเครื่องจักรที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
• ตรวจสอบ ดูแลรักษา และทำการสอบเทียบเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดสอบที่อยู่ในความรับผิดชอบ เพื่อให้ได้ผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพที่น่าเชื่อถือ
• ทำการ validate วิธีทดสอบ เพื่อให้มั่นใจได้ว่าวิธีการทดสอบมีความถูกต้อง เหมาะสม และน่าเชื่อถือ
• ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่นๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกบริษัทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตรวจสอบทางด้านจุลชีววิทยาเพื่อให้งานราบรื่น, ทันเวลา และถูกต้องตาม GMP

หน้าที่ และความรับผิดชอบ (Main Accountabilities)

• ปฏิบัติตามกฎเกณฑ์ความปลอดภัยด้านอาชีวอนามัย และอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

ขอบเขตอำนาจการปฏิบัติงาน (Main Authorities)

• มีอำนาจในการ “กักกัน (quarantine)”, วัตถุดิบ บรรจุภัณฑ์ ผลิตภัณฑ์กึ่งสำเร็จรูป และผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูปทุกชนิดทั้งที่เป็นเครื่องสำอาง ที่มีคุณภาพไม่ตรงตามมาตรฐานของไบเออร์สด๊อรฟ แต่ในกรณีดังกล่าวนี้ต้องได้รับอนุมัติจากหัวหน้างาน หรือผู้จัดการแผนกบริหารคุณภาพทุกครั้ง

YOUR PROFILE

• ปริญญาตรี วิทยาศาสตร์จุลชีววิทยา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• อายุ 21 – 30 ปี
• มีความรู้ ภาษาอังกฤษ และคอมพิวเตอร์พอสมควร
