Marketplace Senior Associate is responsible for managing and optimizing product listings, sales, and overall performance across various online marketplace platforms. This role supports the execution of strategic campaigns, ensures accurate product information, and works closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and maximize sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee strategy and operations for China marketplaces (e.g., Tmall, JD), ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
- Lead the optimization of product listings, advertising campaigns, and promotional strategies tailored to the China e-commerce ecosystem.
- Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and platform-specific KPIs to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
- Monitor competitive landscape and marketplace trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, creative, logistics, and customer service to deliver a seamless marketplace experience.
- Build strong relationships with platform representatives and third-party providers to maximize support and visibility.
- Stay updated on platform policy changes, algorithm updates, and emerging tools to ensure compliance and adaptability.
Who are we looking for?
Requirements
- 3+ years in eCommerce, or marketplace management
- Passion for digital marketing and online sales.
- Have an analytical mindset with comfort in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Looker.
- Excellent command of English
- Focus on accuracy in listings, customer communication, and reporting
- Proactive, flexible and enthusiastic team player
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to resolve issues and adapt to unexpected changes
- Strong understanding of the fashion trends
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
