THE POSITION: Marketing Operations Executive
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Marketing Operations Executive to support our local marketing initiatives. The Marketing Operations Executive will play a crucial role in streamlining marketing processes, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring the timely execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- CRM Platform Management: Assist local marketing teams in setting up push notifications on the CRM platform to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Voucher Code Management: Collaborate with local marketing teams to set up voucher codes for promotional campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timely implementation.
- Document and Contract Coordination: Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate document work and contract-related tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines and requirements. Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of marketing documents and contracts as necessary.
- Social Media Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of social media posts for local marketing teams, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with campaign objectives. Monitor post performance and engagement metrics, providing insights for optimization and improvement.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience of more than 1 year in marketing operations, project management, or related roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and address challenges proactively.
