Responsible for providing administrative and coordination support across all production units. Ensures smooth operational workflow, documentation, scheduling, and vendor liaison for AIS PLAY production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support production team in organizing shoot schedules, crew coordination, and logistic arrangements.
- Handle administrative tasks including PR/PO issuance, invoice tracking, and budget documentation.
- Maintain production calendars, contact lists, and delivery timelines for all broadcast content.
- Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and internal departments for production-related tasks.
- Assist in documentation of production reports, broadcast logs, and content delivery tracking.
- Support ad hoc tasks including event support, production asset management, and internal meetings.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication Arts, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in media production coordination or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and follow-up abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in TV/OTT production environments.
- Basic knowledge of media production workflows and broadcast timelines.
