Your Role
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our Smart Industrial Assembly Solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Pricing Management includes developing/updating the Special Price Request Template (SPR) for direct sales, key accounts, global key accounts & smart portal price list for distribution.
- Key accounts overview and position
- Developing a Yearly Marketing Master Plan to includes all the budgets plan and track expenses.
- Plan and execute events, such as conferences, products roadshow, and product launches.
- Track, analyze and report marketing strategies performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Support the digital marketing team to accelerate the digital marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, social media and events.
- Manage social media platforms and engage with online communities to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify automotive industrial trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Create marketing materials, such as digital brochures, website content, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, products and projects, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
- CRM champion – Developing the salesforce dashboard, Monitoring the leads and opportunities development. Managing customer data, automating campaigns, enabling segmentation, and improving customer engagement to drive sales and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation programs and support sales initiatives.
To succeed, you will need
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- More than 1 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Fluent in English
- Foreign languages is a plus (Mandarin, Japanese or Korean)
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and marketing software
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Experience with content creation, including writing, editing, and graphic design.
- Experience with event planning and execution
