Marketing Executive (1-Year Contract) - Your future position?
As the Marketing Executive, you will assist the Marketing Manager in driving business growth for Givaudan by developing market insights, crafting compelling proposals, and executing strategic marketing initiatives across ASEAN. You will be based in Bangkok, Thailand and report to the Senior Marketing Manager.

- Assist the Marketing Manager in driving business growth and enhancing Givaudan's market position by identifying opportunities and maximizing success rates through market trend analyses and compelling proposals.
- Create impactful presentations that showcase Givaudan's capabilities, aligning them with customer brand strategies
- Organize key customer visits to strengthen relationships.
- Collaborate with the regional team to facilitate local commercialization efforts, ensuring products meet local market needs and profitability goals.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing programs that support innovation initiatives and attract potential clients.
- Gain expertise in market dynamics, consumer behavior, and customer needs, analyzing insights to identify growth opportunities and establish a competitive advantage.
- Develop both digital and physical marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, product mockups and packaging designs, to support promotional activities and enhance sales efforts.

Your professional profile includes:
- University degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in marketing.
- Previous experience in B2B (Flavours/Food), or FMCG (Food) companies are preferred.
- Good understanding of marketing strategies and principles, including brand execution, product commercialization, and creative promotions.
- Strong data analytical skills of conducting consumer analysis using Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in digital tools and online search, including social media listening tools, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, and email platforms.
- Basic design skills in editing video content and creating marketing materials such as brochures, packaging, and other promotional assets for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Familiarity in Canva and Photoshop are advantageous.
- Creative-thinker and passionate in Food & Beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and open-minded.
- Proficient in English and local language (Thai).
